Just Wells Holidays Ltd is a family business located solely in Wells next the Sea, on the Norfolk coast, consisting of one 4 bedroom detatched townhouse, two 3 bedroom town houses and one 2 bedroom apartment.

Our aim is to provide an entirely new standard of self-catering holiday accommodation. We deal with your bookings and personally cater for your individual requirements.

We ensure that the holiday properties are immaculately clean for your stay. And if you have the slightest problem during your time with Just Wells Holidays, we will personally rectify it.

In short, our service is individual and exclusive. We are not an accommodation agency, so our charges do not include agency fees, which can be as much as 23% plus VAT! Our Norfolk holiday properties are tastefully furnished and we would like to maintain a high standard for our customers. We therefore regret that we cannot allow smoking in any property and pets are allowed by special arrangement in Harbour Walk only.

Just Wells Holidays operates exclusively from Main Sail Yard, which is 3 minutes walk to Wells-next-the-Sea town centre. A truly delightful setting in a wonderful location on the North Norfolk Coast.
